Built for ultras
Aid stations, cutoffs and a crew that is in on the plan, so the hardest hours are the best prepared.
Ultra-endurance race planning in one place: aid-station timing, cutoff-pace math and weather, so you know exactly where you stand against every cutoff before the start gun.
The Crew Companion is a shared plan, so a runner's crew knows where to be and when, and can support them through the hardest hours of the race.
Good to know: The Runners Guru is free to join and still in testing, so features may change. Illustrations on this page use sample numbers. Training, fueling and race plans are guidance, not medical or coaching advice, so listen to your body.
Now in testing
Your own body data, turned into a clearer fueling plan.
Instead of relying only on general rules like “60–90 g of carbs per hour”, it combines continuous glucose readings, sweat sodium and sweat rate from a wearable sweat sensor, and heart rate and route data from a GPS watch. It then shows, hour by hour, how much carbohydrate, sodium and fluid matched what your body actually used during a training run.
No sensors? Start with a quick plan based on your body weight, time on feet and conditions, then replace those estimates with measured data as you train.
Continuous glucose readings show how your body responds to what you eat while you run.
A wearable sweat sensor measures how much sodium and fluid you actually lose.
Heart rate and route data from your GPS watch put the effort and the terrain in context.
Where it stands: the project is being built and tested on real races, working toward Cocodona 250 in May 2027. It will be shared with other runners only after review by a sports dietitian and legal advisors.
